Selected work
Complex systems. Real constraints.
Examples of software architecture, engineering leadership and applied data work. These summaries are intentionally limited to non-confidential details.
Selected case studies
Modernizing reusable analytics capabilities, software governance and ML-enabled decision support across enterprise procurement contexts.
Building and supporting media asset flows, integration tooling and operational engineering for always-on broadcasting.
Conceiving and delivering a dashboard product to make specialized analytical output useful to business decision-makers.
A broader engineering track record
Media supply-chain integrations and architecture at Dalet, including work involving major broadcasting and content organizations; operational engineering and software for Charter/Spectrum; and enterprise analytics leadership at YCP.
Across these engagements, my roles have ranged from writing application and integration code to architecting platforms, leading teams, and carrying executive responsibility for delivery and outcomes.
How to read these studies
Each study distinguishes the business or operational challenge, my role, the technical approach and what was delivered. Illustrations are conceptual rather than diagrams of proprietary deployments. No unverified adoption figures, uptime statistics or savings percentages are attributed to an individual technology.
Beyond client and employer work
I also explore independent engineering projects involving embedded systems, automation, computer vision and legacy technology interoperability. Those belong in a future Engineering Lab, separately identified from enterprise case studies.
BLEEDING EYE STUDIOS / ENGINEERING · AI · LEADERSHIP
A personal engineering portfolio and technology practice led by Jason “Jay” George. Project summaries are selective, and conceptual illustrations do not reproduce proprietary systems.
